By submitting this form and checking the box to the left you agree to allow the Law of Attraction Coaching Center to advertise your coaching services, pre-screen individuals, process the payment and retain 25% of coaching fees collected on your behalf. As well, you agree to notify us of your client's intent to continue coaching. We must receive notification from you, in order to process their payment each time the payment is due. At the end of each month you will invoice the Law of Attraction Coaching Center separately for each we can retain. You, the coach, agree and acknowledge contractor and not an employee. You also represent and warranty that you provide services similar to the servicesprovided here to other clients, that you have the tools necessary to perform such services in your possession and will perform most, if notall, of such services with your own tools and equipment, that you work at your own facilities or on location and not at facilities of LOATC, that your hours with Law of Attraction Coaching Center will not be supervised as to how to perform the services to be provided.Law of Attraction Coaching Center has the right to terminate thisagreement at any time, by email, FAX or letter.
